Colonial Hotel El Almirante Granada
Hotel El Almirante Granada Nicaragua has been newly opened in 2010 after extensive renovations for more than one year.
The building before used to be a family home with large enterior, typical for the colonial style that is being represented in old Granada. Granada is one of Latin America's most beautiful colonial cities. This ancient town on the shores of mighty Lake Nicaragua is full of history and Spanish colonial charm and is one of the oldest European settlements in the western hemisphere.
We take great pride in keeping not only the colonial look and feel but in fact in re-using many of the components that were present in the building. At the same time, our hotel offers state-of-the art amenities and is built environmental friendly - solar water heating system, power saving appliances, and more.
Please feel free to check out our historical gallery showing pictures of the building before and after renovation.
